Hallo everybody!

I hope you all have had a restful few weeks! It is almost time to think about sign-ups for our Ante Up Losers Winter Exchange, so we wanted to get the wrap-up poll out of the way, to see how you thought the bang went, and to get your ideas and suggestions for next year.

I was planning to make this a super-duper well-researched and well-thought-out poll, but unfortunately I am writing it in the airport and must be done before boarding time which is in 42 minutes. So you get the things I can think of and the ability to tell us anything you want in comments (screened, unless you tell us it's okay to unscreen).

Fanworks are alphabetized first by teams (because everyone's team names are really groovy, and we wanted to highlight them) and then by title of the fanwork.

We have 32 new Losers fanworks to squee over! Some of those fanworks include fanmixes, graphics, vids, fanart, fics, and even a poem, a board game, a knitting pattern, and tea! Visit Ante Up: The Losers Big Bang 2012 AO3 Collection and drop a comment to all the amazing creators and/or give them kudos for their hard work.

Okay! We have figured out the issue with my links and I am working on the last of the linking and tagging. Hopefully this will be going live soon - there's a surprising amount of strange behind the scenes work to get everything to link correctly. The reveal may end up being a little slow - there is one piece of the puzzle I have to do after reveal - and then I need to remove myself as co-author, so it may be one work at a time (sorry!).

So, hopefully soon! I'm hoping in the next couple of hours. Thank you guys for your patience! This has been an *interesting* process.

Hallo hallo hallo! I have just flown in (and been writing furiously in the airport, on the plane, and in the cab on the way home), and we are starting to link and tag and check wordcounts and size requirements and everything.

It's going to take a few hours at the least, so go live will probably not happen until the wee hours of the morning EST at the earliest and (far more probable) tomorrow morningish (9am ESTish?) at the latest.

We appreciate your patience, folks - seriously, this has been a hell of an adventure and there are some truly stunning things in the collection. It will be SO worth the wait.

For those of you anxiously awaiting new Losers fanworks with no bangs or complements of your own to finish, how about writing/doodling/crafting a little something and putting it in the Ante Up Losers Scramble Collection? It stays open every year after the fic exchange so folks who defaulted have a chance to make up their stories in time for the next fic exchange (which will be coming in a matter of weeks, omg so soon!!!). We'd love to see a few new Scramble works while we wait for the awesome bangs and complements in our collection (31 right now, but I think there are a couple more that are going up before the collection goes live).

Hey everyone, apologies about the lack of clarification. Final and complete fanworks should be posted to the Ante Up AO3 Collection by 11 p.m. EST on August 31, 2012. Once

kate and I finish all the behind-the-scenes magic, the collection will go live.

Please don't forget to add us as co-authors, which is explained in the posting tutorial. Bang and complement fanworks should meet the minimum size requirements.

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, feel free to contact a mod. (All comments on that entry are screened.)

This is also a friendly reminder to complement creators. Some additional bang creators dropped out. (Check the comments of the Final Check-In Post.) If you have finished your complement or you're confident you can have your complement completed by 11 p.m. EST on August 31, please add your fanwork to the Ante Up AO3 Collection. The more Losers fanworks there are, the better, and we want to cheer over all of your effort.

This fandom continues to be amazing, so thanks to everyone who participated. I am so excited to see what everyone has created. :D

This is the final week. Bang creators and complement creators should post their completed, finalized fanworks to Ante Up: The Losers Big Bang 2012 Collection by August 31. It is very important that you please add

kisahawklin and

lady_krysis as co-authors. The posting tutorial explains how to do this and how it will make the challenge so much easier for your mods.

We've had a few additional dropouts, but please remember that if you created a complement for one of the teams, post it to the collection! You worked hard on it, and we want to share as many Losers fanworks with fandom as possible.

Otherwise, all of you know how this works. Party in the comments and cheer each other on.
