We were just doing some testing on AO3, and got a bit confused - it looks like the challenge is still open for signups, even though it's over. Was that intentional, or an oversight, or is there a bug we need to look into?

The collection has two subcollections - one for the original assigned works and one for Yuletide-madness-esque stories. The main collection and the original fest works are closed, but we left the scramble open in case folks were inspired to write more stories for people's prompts. We'll close it up when we start the sign-up process for next year. I hope that's okay?

(Sorry if you get two of these; it seems my comment went to the main post instead of answering you, so I'm reposting.)

Ah, that makes sense - it looks like the list of open challenges got confused between the main collection and the scramble sub-collection. We'll make sure the new version of the code makes that clear - thank you for clarifying.
