Date: 2012-07-25 11:01 pm (UTC)I have been woeful about keeping in contact with Ladykrysis (sorry!) but I'm still on track for final-draft status on 1 Aug. The first 2/3rds of the fic is off in beta, and I had one of those little writing epiphanies about the last 1/3 -- suddenly I have a *point* to this fic, nearly, maybe -- which I can throw myself into over the weekend, and which means I only need to add things, not rewrite everything (it's happened, oh boy), ands hopefully get that betaed too. I am fully planning on having this fic Done and Dusted come Aug 1.
(Just confirming on close reading: we need to have a final draft of the BB work posted to AO3 by Aug 1, and the actual final work isn't due til go-live on Aug 31? Is that what I'm reading? :D)

Date: 2012-07-27 02:55 pm (UTC)The August 1 deadline is for a rough draft, but it has to meet the minimum size requirements for a big bang fanwork. We're asking for at least a rough draft, so complement creators have time to read, view, listen, etc. to your big bang, so then they can create equally awesome fanworks for it!
As your complement creator, I'll just let you know that I can work off your drafts for right now (which is what I've been doing anyway ^_^). If possible, a final draft by mid-August would be fantastic, though, so I can work/fix/edit/revise the text that I have for the graphics.
