Types of fanworks you can beta: Fic, art, graphics, craft projects, podfic, etc. Not a vidder. Things you can beta on the fanworks: Grammar/spelling, pacing, characterization, overarching structure. Colour/ design with art. Pacing, voice-typos, tech aspects with podfic. Comics, movie, or both: Both. Type of beta you are: I'm afraid I tend towards 'sea of red' re SPAG (but only where necessary, honest!). I do try to explain and justify suggested edits. My aim is to help writers make the work flow better and avoid typos and SPAG mistakes, also things like random tense shifts, POV shifts and epithets. I do try to cheerlead a bit as well but it's not my main thing. Anything else you'd like to add: Pretty unsquickable, and can handle any pairings and rating. I like the Comics, although the movie's got all the pretty, so that gives you some idea. Usually pretty fast turnaround, depending on length.
