Well, I've got Aisha's character body sanded to ultra-fine level, though gray-dusty bits still show the felt texture is starting to get very glossy. I ordered more sandpapers that should show up shortly, and started checking off my lists of costumes/props. Currently debating another purchase.
Still waiting to receive Cougar's hat, but that artist is responding to messages.
Faceups need to happen very soon, that's where you paint and put eyes in doll heads.
Also need to start laying out photoshoot sequences, not that much time left!
