Here's the handy tutorial that we've talked about. This entry explains how you should post your fanwork to the Archive of Our Own (AO3) to ensure that your fanwork remains hidden, so the mods have a chance to make sure everything's on track before we go live with Ante Up: The Losers 2012 Big Bang.
This tutorial applies to both bang creators and complement creators but caters primarily to those who are first-time AO3 users or those who aren't familiar with the posting interface. There are screencaps below the cut to further clarify specific steps.
IMPORTANT: All bang creators and complement creators need to list
kisahawklin and
lady_krysis as co-creators on their fanworks. This step is crucial and will make everything so much easier for your mods. Rest assured that we won't make any changes to your fanwork, and we are not trying to take credit for your efforts. This step just allows us to make sure that everything has been posted and linked correctly, and that all fanworks are connected to their bangs and complements. We will delete ourselves as co-creators before the bang goes live.

Remember: you can edit your fanwork at any time by simply clicking Edit. Make any formatting, tag, or text changes that you like, and click Post or Post Without Preview.
For those participants who requested hosting, please e-mail your final, completed fanwork to the mods. The html that we gave you will not change. We will replace your draft with the completed fanwork.
As always, if you have any questions, comments, or concerns, Contact a Mod.
