Final Check-In

This is the final week. Bang creators and complement creators should post their completed, finalized fanworks to Ante Up: The Losers Big Bang 2012 Collection by August 31. It is very important that you please add kisahawklin and lady_krysis as co-authors. The posting tutorial explains how to do this and how it will make the challenge so much easier for your mods.

We've had a few additional dropouts, but please remember that if you created a complement for one of the teams, post it to the collection! You worked hard on it, and we want to share as many Losers fanworks with fandom as possible.

Otherwise, all of you know how this works. Party in the comments and cheer each other on.

I ended up having to redo the entire thing in Photoshop as Illustrator just wasn't allowing me to do what I wanted to do in an uncomplicated manner. So right now I'm at 5 out of 8 completed and the other three are laid out but still working. I'm hoping to get it done in time. It's just a matter of finding good Losers pics that would fit in with Aliens.

I'm about 2/3 done with my vid including all of the particularly technically nasty bits. It shouldn't be a problem to have it done. I'll be setting up the AO3 work this evening, though not the final embed yet.

we're having a minor hurricane where i am. i may not have power to post anything later on. who knows. (when i say minor i mean we only boarded up the biggest window in our house. we've been watching AMC all day. just wish issac would actually make landfall so we can get the rain over with.)

Aww. As I told charybdis, FedEx has finally seen fit to deliver my DVDs, and I will happily do a vid some other time if the fic does get finished. (But since this complement would depend on seeing the finished fic first, it sadly will not be happening for this big bang.)

Clarification please: are completed, final works due in the archive at 11:59pm of the 31st or of the 30th? The rules list Aug 31st as the date both to have works in the archive and the go-live date. I'm working all day tomorrow, so having the day of the 31st to devote to this would really help me (so close to actually finishing, and yet so bloody far).
