UPDATE: Pistol has made progress!

I whipped up about seven different hibiscus herbal trial blends this morning on a whim. I ended up loving one of them so much I'm probably going to try to recreate it for my desert tea.

I also made a bitter black/coconut blend I'm kind sorta having magical feelings about.

i figured out the plot for the cyberpunk AU. haven't written anything. i have 12 or 13 songs laid down for the same AU and i think they're going to stay in their current order. \o/

i may have found a plot for the stargate AU. origin stories are fun. throwing a bunch of OCs at pre-existing universes are also fun. losers please meet SG-23.

I've also had a Priest movie bunny that I had started jump and and yell at me one day.

Still no official words on this story. Contemplating whether/how much to make use of this hypothesis that all Tarantino movies take place in a shared universe where Inglourious Basterds actually happened and the possible consequences this would have (or, in that universe, has had) on Western & specifically American culture. Also working on another, unrelated Losers/Death Proof crossover right now, and hoping to post that one before I have to fly home on Thursday to attend a family funeral.

A short excerpt from Roque's solo:

The orchestra dwindles down to the high strings, a light drone of buzzing bees, and Roque comes in, his simple melody soaring on top of the violins. He is precisely in rhythm and yet there is an undeniable musicality in his line, a philosophy laid out plainly with precision and care.

Cougar sighs and Jensen can't help smiling. He sits back in his seat, watching Roque move into the technical section with a more detached interest. Roque's stick work is meticulous - never a missed note of the click of his mallets hitting each other instead of the keys.

Still trying to get my head around the rules. The board is almost complete, though I still have some minor changes to make.

All in all, this is the only work that hasn't suffered under my week of doom!

And Pistol has been having awesome ideas of online gaming sessions, which would be so entirely amazing. We'll see what happens!
