Hi guys,

It looks like real life has caught up with me at last. I find myself exhausted every day after ringing people and going places every day, so I've had a very uneventful week when in terms of progress. I may need some whip-cracking, though I fear it might be like flogging a dead horse at the moment /o\ I usually don't complain about this stuff, but I don't want people to think I have no intention of showing progress. I HAVE made some rough sketches though, which I'll post on my journal soon.

Just so people know, I'm not dead, just really, REALLY tired *dead*

Hi guys.

So yeah, like I said in the post for Team Slaughtermelon, I've been busier than I would have liked and have been exhausted because of it. I DID get some rules written out (which the lovely coinin has offered to beta when I'm done \o/) though it's still a jumble and far from complete /o\. physicsandballistics helped me find some graphics for the board too which I still need to replace, thank you bby ; 3;

I will also post an update with this in my journal sometime soon. I just feel like I need a decent nights sleep of more than 5 hours and I'll be fresh and ready for more work.

Ach there has been zero words of actual story writing :/ (there was however a lot of work, bad weather, a new iPad, and same old same old emotional crap, and the avalanche of new TV episodes) I did pick up the movies when I was home, plus the comics, so will be re-familiarizing myself with the source. I'm still a bit stumped as to how Aisha fits in(background-wise, not story-wise), so hopefully that'll be resolved.

I guess the game is officially on now, huh? *gears up*

I didn't put a lot of time into the storyboard this past week as I wanted. I did manage though to work on the text that actually would cover Signal Boost. Still trying to figure how to remix it right so that it captures the full essence of the original.

I have words. Unfortunately, it looks like these words are from a fic called, "How Duchess Killed the Red Queen, Played the White Rabbit, and Saved Wonderland from CIA Gunrunners -- featuring Duchess, with guest appearances by Cougar". I did not know that I had so many Duchess feelings.

I think I will use those first scenes, though. We'll see what happens next; the only thing that seems to help me work out these questions is more writing, so I've got my work cut out for me.

So Jake plodded through working outsourced technical support for internet service providers for ten bucks an hour. It let him work from home in his boxers, and make his own schedule, but it was boring as fuck. Maybe it was the sunlight, or maybe his mind was starting to go after over a week of eating Pizza Patron, but Jensen suddenly found new inspiration to get out into the world and find his passion.

Two days later, Jess bailed him out of jail (hacking into an interviewer’s personal file to fill it with the names of all his favorite porn sites after a failed interview was apparently an arrestable offense), and that was when she told him about the Petunias.

... about 1400 words like that plus some notes and another ~900 words of unincorporated backstory.

Reporting in! I have written some new words, not many, but some, and am backing away from draft one to write a draft two! A better one.

Also, I found All The Losers comics in a fanish shop while interstate, and I'm 2/3 of the way thorugh and continuing to inhale it whenever I can. I'm calling that research! :D
