I've finished the mitts, and am about 1/3 way done with the shawl. I might get it done in two weeks -- it will be done enough to photograph, at least.

For some reason I had it in my head I had until October to get everything finished for real (the items are going to SF in November) so I guess my timing was just off. Oh well! I'll still have the items done for donation. :-)

I've got a big wadload (technical term there) of cut cords ready to get wired up with findings, just haven't done the findings as yet. As a complement, there should be time to get quite a few of them done for the charity donation. I was going to try to do some pix showing the progression on making them, too, not sure if I'll get so far as a tutorial on it.
