Clarification please: are completed, final works due in the archive at 11:59pm of the 31st or of the 30th? The rules list Aug 31st as the date both to have works in the archive and the go-live date. I'm working all day tomorrow, so having the day of the 31st to devote to this would really help me (so close to actually finishing, and yet so bloody far).
